Who we are:

We are a family. Ever been to see family and it was hard to leave? You stand around thinking of new things to talk about because you love being together? That's Abundant Life!

We are a river church. We experience the presence of God in our service. He comes in on our worship. He fills us with His joy. We offer soaking prayer every Sunday morning.

We are a kingdom church. Jesus said "When you see me drive out demons with the finger of God, you will know the kingdom of God has come upon you!" You will see the power of God demonstrated in our service.People are healed and set free when the kingdom comes upon them!

We are an apostolic church. We believe God is restoring the apostolic today. We are under apostolic authority. We are called to equipt the saints for ministry and send them out to demonstrate the kingdom in the marketplace.

What we believe:

Divine inspiration of the Bible. It is the Word of God without error
God the Father, Jesus Christ the only begotten Son of God, and the Holy Spirit.
Salvation is by grace through faith and based on the finished work of Jesus upon the cross.
The baptism of the Holy Spirit is for today. It releases the gifts of the Spirit that empower us to be His witnesses. Miracles, signs and wonders are happening today as they did in the Bible.
Satan is real, heaven is real, hell is real because they are described in the Word of God.

Where we come from:

Abundant Life Church was founded in 1975 by Dr. Denham. First services were held in a single duplex apartment. By 1986 we built and moved to a 10 acre tract of land on Bee's Ferry Road . The church has been involved in education and outreach ministries for years. In 1990 ALC became a member of Evangel Fellowship of Churches.

In 2000 New Covenant Church merged with ALC with plans for Pastor Woody Butler to become the senior pastor in 2005. Now Pastor Woody is leading the church with a vision for the manifest presence of God, the demonstration of the power of God, and believers who are able to minister God's presence and power to the world.
